Take a pan add 2-3 tbsp butter/oil.when the oil is hot add 1 tsp cumin seeds when ut splutter add dry spieces and gram flour cook till raw smell goes out..dont burn the masla then add our tomato onion paste..cook till it relase oil..then add salt and dry fenugreek leaves..for a good frgnace in a dish tgen add cream if our gravy is too thick then add half cup water cook for a minute.then add our boiled peas cook for abt 10 min..then add our cottage cheese cover it and cook again for 10-15 min
  4. Now its done rich and creamy texture matar paneer is ready to serve with chapati ya naan
