- Get 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce

- Prepare 3 Tbsp white oil
- Take 1 cup water
- Get 2 red chilli flakes
- Prepare 10 pepper (Crushed)

- Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, capsicum and tomato one by one in remaining oil and fry in medium flame for 5 minutes. Add vinegar, all sauces and saute for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup water, salt and fried fish. Cook for 10 minutes and add cornflour to make a thick gravy. Ready to serve.
- Veg Fried Rice: Add white oil in a large frying pot on medium flame, add vegetables one by one and saute for 5 minutes, add chutney, soya sauce, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and water. Cook for 5 minutes in low flame…Now make the flame high and add boiled rice in it. Fry for 5 minutes stiring the rice and mixing it well with vegetables. Ready to serve hot.
