Instructions to make Chicken Pasta:
  1. Chicken: marinate chicken with curd, chilli powder, salt and pepper for 30 mins. Heat 1tsp oil in a pan and cook marinated chicken on low flame. Cover lid and cook till it is tender and dry. Keep aside
  2. Boil pasta in enough water with 2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil. Drain water and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai/wok, add ginger and garlic and saute.. add chopped onions and fry till translucent.. then add chopped tomatoes and chilli powder and cover and cook till tomatoes are soft and mushy.. add carrots and capsicum and fry with the gravy. Then add boiled pasta, tomato sauce, fried chicken and a little water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish some chopped coriander and serve hot
