  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Saute onion, capsicum, carrot, zucchini and mushroom in oil until soft.
  3. Boil pasta until just tender.
  4. Add parsley and corn to vegetables and stir for another 2 minutes.
  5. Place pasta in casserole dish, sprinkle with Parmesan and stir.
  6. Add vegetables to casserole dish and stir.
  7. Pour milk over and top with grated cheese.
  8. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
