- Take whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix it well. Add oil and knead the dough using curd. Do not use water.
- Keep the dough aside for 10-15 mins. Cover it with wet cloth. After 15 mins, divide the dough into three sections.
- Roll the dough to make the base of pizza. Also use a fork to make holes in the base.
- In a pan add sufficient amount of salt. Then place the cooker plate on it. And then an aluminium plate on top.
- Now preheat this oven setup. After a few minutes, oil the plate and place your pizza base.
- Cook the base for 10 minutes on medium flame
- Spread butter on the pizza base. And then apply pizza sauce and vegetable topping like capsicum, onions and corn.
- Now put a mixture of mozzarella and processed cheese. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
- You can also add jalapenos and olives. Place the base on a pan and cover it with a lid. Cook till the cheese melts.
- Then remove the lid and cook for a few more minutes till the base becomes crisp.
- The pizza is ready. Cut it into four halves and serve it.
- Enjoy with sauce.
